Comfortably nestled between two mountains, Chalet LeGrand is mere minutes away from Pigeon Forge, TN, where you can enjoy great shopping among the outlet stores, or enjoy extended entertainment for the entire family. Gatlinburg, Tennessee is also a few miles away where you can enjoy the 1.4 million gallon aquarium that offers 11ft sharks and over 8,000 exotic sea creatures from around the world. A simple walk can then take you to a scary "Mysterious Mansion of Gatlinburg" where your imagination can run wild. And if hiking and other outdoors activities is on your to-do list, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, which offers over 500,000 acres of forest, is just a few moments away from the Chalet. Exploring other surrounding communities, such as Townsend, Sevierville or Knoxville, is easily accessed from Chalet LeGrand, as well.

Main Level The cul-de-sac entrance provides a flat area for children to play, and the many mountain views surrounding the Chalet allow for a breathtaking experience. The site that waits as you enter Chalet LeGrandÃs hardwood floored great room is one of cozy spaciousness. On the far logged wall is the stone gas fireplace - a beautiful array of creek rock surrounding a raging but controlled fire. On the opposite side is the ceramic tiled, fully equipped kitchen, which offers a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, with other appliances, which includes a toaster, blender and coffee maker. A kitchen island with two swivel chairs divides the kitchen from the eight-seated dinning table. More importantly, just around the corner is a coat closet and ceramic tiled powder room, perfectly positioned for the end of a long drive, or a coming home from a night on the town. The king size master suite offers carpeted floors, which through a set of French doors, leads to an outside private deck where viewing of the opposing mountain side will offer a private moment of the ever changing seasons of mountain living. The ceramic tiled private master bath has a tiled faced, two headed shower, and whirlpool.

The Lower Level But that's not all. Taking the stairs downward from the great room you are met with the spacious, hardwood floored game room area, which offers a large satellite TV with DVD and VCR, a pool table and a mini-kitchen for those game-watching events. A set of French doors leads onto the lower deck where the private, secluded hot tub is waiting. This level also has a ceramic tiled full bath, with two queen size bedrooms. Ceiling fans are located in the carpeted bedrooms, and this level is also temperature controlled by a separate central air and heating system for optimum pleasure.

The Loft Level Taking the stairs upward from the great room is the loft level. The entrance is a carpeted study/game room with vaulted ceiling, which offers a four-seated table for many adventures. A satellite TV with VCR and DVD is also provided. Easy plug-ins are also provided for video games such as PlayStation or Nintendo. A ceramic tiled full private bath is positioned on this level that services two queen size carpeted bedroom, vaulted suites. Both bedrooms and study-as well as the main level and master suite- have ceiling fans, and are temperature controlled by a separate central air and heating system for optimum pleasure.

Outside and Views Positioned approximately 2,000 feet above sea level, Chalet LeGrand offers splendid views of Roundtop Mountain, and the distant view of Thunderhead Mountain. During a clear night, this quiet mountain retreat offers an array of stargazing from any window/deck, and during the full moon cycle, the light is so brilliant, that it appears as if night has turned into day, providing a sense of pleasure and solitude from a long day of activities.
